This 6 week challenge is designed to:

Give you accountability for working towards your goals with weekly check-ins

Who will benefit from this Challenge?

Beginners – If you are just starting out on your health journey, this challenge is for you!  Learn the easy steps you need to take to start improving your health now.  Trying to get healthier can be so overwhelming, that’s why we made this Challenge simple.  During each week of the Challenge we’ll look at no more than 2 aspects of health.  You can add things gradually, then as one healthy habit forms you can start working on the next!  Don’t feel paralyzed by information overload.  We’ve broken this down into easy to do, bite sized pieces.  We want to celebrate with you every step of the way!  Start your journey towards a healthier you.

Not So Beginners – You know what you need to do to get healthier, but you’ve had a setback.  Something has come up that has stopped your progress.  You feel you need to get back to the basics because you’ve gotten out of your routine.  This program is perfect for you!  Not only will we cover the basics and give you some good tips, we’ll connect you with a community that’s doing it all together!  We’ll give you the accountability you’ve been craving with daily posts and weekly check-ins.  You don’t have to do this on your own.  Those goals that you’ve set for yourself don’t look so impossible when others are doing it too.  Let’s get healthier together!

The Details:

This is a 6 week challenge that will take place in a private Facebook group.  By joining the challenge you will have access to exclusive content and a community that will be working together to make and meet achievable short term and long term health goals.  6 weeks may seem like a long commitment, but 6 weeks is really needed to help you form those healthy habits and stick with them.  Better health isn’t a short-term goal.  It’s a consistent, day-by-day commitment.  We want to help you set a good foundation so that you can continue taking those consistent steps in the future.

We live in a toxic world.  That’s just a fact of life.  Whether we like it or not, all that toxic mess has a profound negative effect on our health and wellbeing.

  • 1-2 videos per week from our Holistic Health Practitioner, walking you through cleansing different areas of your life. 
  • Daily posts detailing the whats, whys, and hows of cleansing different areas of your surroundings.
  • Multiple levels of personal cleansing are offered including: a gentle cleanse mostly using products that are likely already in your home, a gentle cleanse using nutritional supplements, to a more robust cleanse for those who have been exposed to harsher chemicals, to a parasite cleanse, all using natural products.  Choose the one that’s right for you.
  • A private Facebook group for each class. This way, your questions can be addressed individually in a community with accountability where we can encourage one another to keep going. 
  • The products you choose for your personal cleanse are NOT included in this course, but will need to be purchased separately.  A list of recommended products will be provided. Options will include both supplements and whole foods(non-supplements).

 

This course is intended for adults.  It is not suitable for children.  If you are pregnant or nursing, a personal cleanse is not recommended due to excess toxins being freed into circulation which could affect your baby.   

 

Detox Your Life is a stand-alone course, though it does complement our sister course, the Get Healthier Challenge.  Upon completion of the Detox Your Life class you will have learned the different ways you are exposed to toxins each day, you will complete a personal gut cleanse of your choice, you will then flood your body with nutrition that it is ready to absorb.  By the end of the course you should notice an improvement in both your physical health and your mood.  You will be equipped with the knowledge you need to reduce your daily toxin exposure.  As toxins build up in our systems over time, reducing your exposure is HUGE when it comes to improving your overall health.
